Templated for the van

Every kit starts from a template made for that exact van and wheelbase, with the clip, light and handle holes marked.

Cut on our CNC

The panels are nested on full sheets of birch ply and routed on the CNC, so every edge is clean and every kit matches the last.

Numbered and packed flat

Each panel is numbered in fitting order and the kit is packed flat with the trim clips and a fitting sheet.

No saw and no guessing. Offer each panel up, push in the clips and the van is lined.

Will a kit fit my van?

Each kit is cut for a named van and wheelbase. If yours isn't listed, or it has a different door layout, send us the details and we'll tell you before you order.

What ply do you use?

9mm birch ply for the lining kits, 6mm on the compact vans to save weight, and 12mm anti-slip phenolic ply for floors.

Do I need any special tools?

No. The panels arrive cut to shape with the holes in, and the trim clips are in the box. Basic hand tools are enough.

How long until it arrives?

Cut and dispatched in 5 to 7 working days. Tracked pallet or courier delivery to UK mainland. Price confirmed with your order.

Can you cut something that isn't on the shop?

Yes. Send a drawing, some measurements or a photo of what you need and we'll quote to cut it on the CNC.
